*Umpire’s decision is final-there will not be any appeals beyond the umpires.

*Any coach or player ejected is ineligible for the following game!

*Major league baseball rules apply other than the following:

*Run rules-12 after 4 8 after 5

*Time Limit—No new inning will start after 2 hours and 20 minutes (Umpire’s Responsibility)

**Tie ball games will be played out regardless of Time-Limit: California Rule: Runner on 2nd Base, 1 Out.

* California Rule Runner: Last out becomes runner, runner must stay in game: No substitution on Basepath

*In result of Game Ending with California Rule: Runs scored or given up in extra innings do not count towards tiebreaker

*D.H. for any position (NFHS RULES)

*Courtesy runner for pitchers and catchers.

*Re-entry for starters (one re-entry)

*American Legion sliding rule

*Ten-minute infield for each team’s first game of the day.

*Pitching: American Legion Pitching Rules

Pool Winner Tie-Breaker Order: Record, Head to Head, Runs Allowed, Runs Scored, Most Pitchers Used (Note: If tied at any level, head to head will be used)

NEW TO THIS SEASON: 8 Pool Winners will be seeded based off Tie Breaker Criteria. Traditional 1-8 Seeded Bracket Play will follow.
